To the East coast you’ll see a lush green forest stretching as far as the horizon. It has 11 chalets built spaciously apart for a perfectly intimate and private setting, immersed in nature. They have 9 Double Deluxe Chalets with East and West-facing terraces to enjoy the sunrise and sunset everyday. All Chalets have incredible panoramic views of the ocean and forest.

The discreet SeaForest Restaurant facing an infinity pool serves authentic and local venison meat dishes and other delights from the estate, as well as an international cuisine selection. Indulge in breakfast, lunch, and dinner with breathtaking panoramic views of the forests of Chamarel, Bel Ombre and ocean views of the south coast.

Every Tuesday they organise an authentic Island Night, where they serve Mauritian street food with a twist! Taste local cuisine the SeaForest way.

On Thursdays they have Mauritian Night with live cooking stations and buffet to teach you all about Mauritian cuisine, and an exciting traditional Sega dance show.

Every Saturday and Sunday they offer special weekend events like BBQ with live grilling, and Sunday Brunch with unlimited sparkling wine.

The area is ideal for a morning walk through the forest or a hike in the mountains. Come the night, you can chill outdoors, under the starry sky and be amazed at the nocturnal scenery which unfolds in front of your eyes. You can see how the ocean looks like a bluish black drape and turns into silver when it is moonlit.

The chalet is located in an area where Mother Nature is celebrated, there are many nature parks and nature reserves around should you wish to take the fun up a notch.

Chamarel is a village in the southwest of Mauritius with a population of 700. It is named after the Frenchman Charles Antoine de Chazal de Chamarel, who lived in the area around 1800.

Chamarel is primarily known for its scenic locations and nature attractions in its neighborhood. Among them are the Seven Colored Earth, the Chamarel Falls and the Black River Gorges National Park. The surrounding area is also known for its locally grown coffee and for the famous Rhum distillery.
