Leora Beachfront Apartments comprising of twelve three bedroom apartments, two luxury duplexes and two three-bedroom luxury penthouses facing the breathtaking sunsets of the west coast.

All these luxury apartments are fully equipped and offer everything which is important for a great beach life, making it an ideal choice for any beach holiday.

Leora Beachfront Apartments truly combines the freedom of luxury beachfront accommodation with a range of services expected from a discerning clientele. Situated closest to the beach, two beachfront apartments are located on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The ground floor units enable guests to walk straight out towards the kiosks and pool area, while the first level units enjoy an unobstructed view of the Horizon.

Modern touches such as glass bordered balconies, 40 inch flat screen televisions, Nespresso machines and sleek architectural lines make the Leora beachfront Apartments a premier choice of accommodation on the West Coast for the discerning traveller.

Each apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as an open-plan kitchen and living area which flows onto a spacious outdoor terrace. The Master bedroom has access to the balcony and comprises a large en-suite bathroom and walk in cupboard. The two additional bedrooms (queen and twin) share a spacious bathroom.

The main appeal of the beachfront apartments is their proximity to the ocean and slightly larger living area. Because there are only four units, we advise guests to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Penthouses

The Leora Penthouses are a quintessential address on the West Coast. Boasting the largest living areas and spacious outdoor terraces of the complex, as well as three en-suite bedrooms, they are fit for a five-star clientele in search of priceless views.

The terrace consists of an elegant outdoor lounge suite, suspended cocoon chair as well as a eight seater outdoor dining table. Wraparound glass balcony panes contribute a modern touch to the chic interiors and are safe for children.

Duplexes

The Leora Duplexes are located right behind the Beachfront Apartments and comprise four identical three bedroom properties on two levels within a private garden and pool area.

Guests enter the duplexes though their own private entrance, and enjoy increased privacy as only four units share the parking, pool, outdoor kiosk and deck area. A private access to the beach enables the duplex guests to enjoy a short stroll to the beach without having to cross any roads.

The duplexes themselves are built on two levels and offer superior spaciousness. From the parking area, guests enter the living and dining area which flows seamlessly into the kitchen and first queen size bedroom. A large sliding door opens onto a spacious and airy outdoor terrace which may also be accessed via the bedroom located on this level.

Although there are no sea-views from this level, the ambience at the duplexes is perfect for guests seeking increased privacy, comfort and tranquility and for longer stays.

The upper level comprises an open plan office facing the mountain, as well as two en-suite bathrooms of which one master bedroom which opens up onto a huge furnished outdoor terrace from which guests will be able to hear the ocean and have a small peak at it’s deep blue.

For the benefit of all guests the Leora Beach Apartments offers various services such as:

Housekeeping 6 times a week to fully service each apartment. Should a guest request housekeeping services during Sundays and public holidays, there will be an additional cost of Rs 650 / day.

Quality linen provided and changed 3 times weekly: High thread-count quality cotton (white) bed-sheets, towels, beach/pool towels, duvet, duvet covers, pillows, pillow protector cases (without border) and pillow cases also provided.

You can have a chef who will cook your Breakfast, Lunch, Tea time and Dinner at your convenience. Whatever you want at any time with an additional fee of Rs 4500 per day + the cost for groceries (a minimum of 5 nights is required).
