• Beverages will be served only one at a time per person.
• Takeaway food and drinks are not allowed.
• Food and drinks from outside are not allowed.
• Resident guests’ privacy must always be respected.
• A wristband will be provided and must be worn at all times for identification purposes.
• No diving at the pool.
• No shouting at the pool.
• At the pool, only the pool menu will be applicable.
• Pool access is permitted with swimming suits only.
• No violation of residents' privacy or belongings.
• No mobile speakers are allowed at the resort.
• Venturing at sea is at your own responsibility, and protective equipment must be worn.
• Guests will have to sign and acknowledge the house rules prior to starting their day package experience.
• Misbehaviour will not be tolerated and legal action will be taken if necessary.
• Keep noise to a minimum and avoid loud activities, especially in groups, to respect the relaxation of other guests.
• For safety reasons, refrain from running, diving, or engaging in rough play around the pool.
• Avoid reserving sunbeds with towels for extended periods — please share the space fairly with other guests.
