Please note that the Underwater Waterfall is a natural phenomenon and its sighting is weather-dependent. Should it not be visible on the day of the activity, there will be no refund.

• Bookings must be made in advance, and the preferred option (shared or private) must be specified at the time of reservation.
• For flights departing from Bel Ombre Heliport, a mandatory landing fee per landing applies and should be booked on both options; shared or private.
• The helicopter flights at the airport are subject to Air Traffic Control.
• All passengers must present a valid photo ID (Passport, National ID, or Driving Licence). Failure to do so may result in flight cancellation.
• Other flight conditions apply
• The flight trip will only be offered under the weight limitation.

Important Details to Submit

In order to process any helicopter booking, client MUST provide the following details:

• Name of each participant as per the passports and title (Mr., Mrs., Chd., Inf.)
• Nationality
• Passport number
• Date of birth of each participant
• Weight of each participant*
• In case of any Children or baby, please specify same with the above details
• At least 24 hours before the flight, clients must provide the vehicle number, driver's name and ID (if any).
• For passengers 28 weeks pregnant or more, a medical certificate is required from a medical practitioner, stating they are fit to fly.

*The exact weight of each participant must be communicated at the time of booking. Any difference in weight on the day of the activity will result in cancellation, and no refund will be made.

Transport is available for an additional supplement and will include pick up and drop off from any hotel / place of accommodation in Mauritius.
