• The helicopter flights are subject to weather conditions & availability.
• Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Infants under 2 years old are not permitted.
• Your exact time slot will be confirmed only on the eve of the activity.
• Passengers should hold a valid proof of ID (original passport or national identity card) prior to boarding the helicopter.
• The duration of the helicopter flights is indicative & approximate. The mentioned flight duration may change according to weather conditions.
• The weather forecast to determine the feasibility of the flight will be done on the day itself by the pilot.
• Smoking, food and beverages are prohibited during the helicopter flights.
• Passengers must check in at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may result in automatic cancellation without a refund.
• Kindly communicate any information requiring special care: baby, pregnant woman etc. To be noted, this activity is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility or those using a wheelchair.
• Please note that the Underwater Waterfall is a natural phenomenon and its sighting is weather dependent. Should it not be visible on the day of the activity, there will be no refund.
• For the shared basis, in case, the number of passengers is insufficient, the flight may still operate upon availability or be rescheduled/cancelled.

In order to process any helicopter booking, client MUST provide the following details:

• Name of each participant as per the passports and Gender
• Nationality
• Passport number
• Date of birth of each participant
• Weight of each participant*
• Luggage weight and dimensions
• In case of any children or baby, please specify same with the above details
• For passengers 28 weeks pregnant or more, a medical certificate is required from a medical practitioner, stating they are fit to fly.

*The exact weight of each participant must be communicated at the time of booking. Any difference in weight on the day of the activity will result in cancellation, and no refund will be made.
