The 5 Premium apartments of Esplanade open directly onto the garden and afford clients the possibility of walking directly onto the beach and to the ocean ahead.
Each apartment is 150 square meters with three double-bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms.
A spacious living area comprising an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area opens directly onto the terrace. The apartments benefit from modern touches, such as 42inch LCD televisions, French and English satellite television, iPod docking stations and free Wi-Fi internet.
The Premium apartments comprises of elegance and comfort while providing a feeling of space the Premium apartments are ideal for a family and friends.
Deluxe apartments enjoy spectacular sea views from individual balconies and from master bedrooms.
Each apartment is 158m² and consists of three double-bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A spacious living area comprising an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area opens directly onto the balcony.
Identical to their ground floor counterparts, Deluxe apartments also benefit from amenities such as 42" LCD televisions, French and English satellite television, iPod docking stations and free Wi-Fi internet.
There are just two penthouses on this prime property that are a large 295m2.

Clients on arrival will appreciate the care and detail put into our welcome pack. No need to run out to the shops... simply sit back and relax with tea or coffee, or have a beer. We also supply a basket of fresh tropical fruits, and a whole lot of goodies for the next day's breakfast.
Quality linen provided and changed 3 times weekly: High thread-count quality cotton (white) bed-sheets, towels, beach/pool towels, duvet, duvet covers, pillows, pillow protector cases (without border) and pillow cases also provided.

Chef for your entire stay
You can have a chef who will cook your Breakfast, Lunch, Tea time and Dinner at your convenience. Whatever you want at any time with an additional fee of Rs 4500 per day + the cost for groceries (a minimum of 5 nights is required).
Breakfasts may be offered at a supplement of € 8 Euro per person per day
